Electric Elk Print

I saw this group of elk on a hillside near the Roosevelt Arch in Yellowstone. I stopped to photograph a few pronghorn when the elk appeared. They were on a hillside walking through some rabbitbrush with Electric Peak in the background. The encounter was brief as they walked back over the hill and out of view within minutes.
